Manged care are regulated by the CQC and introductory agency are not regulated, the family will be directing the carer not the care manager.
The ACS is the introductory agency we only take 20% commission for provision of carer whereas the Managed companies charge more between 30 to 35% resulting carer will be getting less amount of money.
